About The Event
Italian Harvest Dinner
Prepare a menu celebrating the fall harvest in Italy - dishes will include freshly pressed olive oil, saffron & legumes brought back by Michelle from Abruzzo in October
Sample Menu:
Pinzimonio (fresh vegetables dipped in a dressing of newly pressed olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper)
Crostini con le lenticchie di Santo Stefano di Sessanio (toasted topped with stewed lentils from Abruzzo)
Risotto con le salsicce e Montepulciano (risotto with sausage and Montepulciano wine)
Panna cotta allo zafferano (silky custard infused with prized Navelli saffron)
Class Duration: 2-2.5 hours
