About The Event
Mozzarella & Burrata Making
Learn how to make fresh, delicious mozzarella and burrata in your own home with Harbor Cheese and Provisions. We'll begin with a tasting of different "pasta filata" styles like mozzarella, burrata, and provolone followed by hands-on mozzarella making. We'll then use our mozzarella-making skills to prepare fresh burrata. Light snacks will be served.
