About The Event

In this class, we'll focus on quick simple and delicious global seafood dishes.  We'll also focus on the easy cooking techniques we use so that you can put your own spin on the dishes we prepare at home.  

Sample Menu:

Seared shrimp in a Northern Adriatic shallot and white wine sauce

Slow roasted salmon with green romesco sauce

Miso and brown sugar glazed cod

Weeknight Brazilian seafood stew
