About The Event
Homemade Pizza Workshop
Pizza is the heartbeat of New York's food culture. In this class, led by Guest Chef AJ Cahill, we'll explore the food science and cultural history behind one of the world's favorite foods. Together, you'll will make pizza from scratch and customize with sophisticated toppings of your choosing. The best part: we will all share and taste each other's pizza. What better way to make new friends than to try their pizza?!
A.J. Cahill is a private chef and cooking instructor and a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education. His favorite shapes are triangles and circles, and he has eaten more pizza than all four Ninja Turtles combined.
