Learn how to make fresh, delicious mozzarella and ricotta in your own home! Take this tasty beginners course with Harbor Cheese and Provisions. We'll begin with a tasting of different "pasta filata" styles like mozzarella, burrata, and provolone followed by hands-on mozzarella making. We'll also prepare fresh ricotta that you can use for a variety of recipes.
