The first of our Make Ahead Dinner Party classes, we'll teach you a stress-free, easy and elegant spring menu that you can prepare ahead of time so you can actually spend time with your guests!

Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
Roasted stuffed chicken thighs with herbs and cheese
Olive oil braised carrots with capers
Crumbly ricotta tart
