About The Event
Make Your Own Macarons
Join pastry chef Kelsie for a hands-on macaron workshop. Prepare these delicate, brightly colored meringue cookies around a delicious, smooth filling and learn professional tips and tricks for creating your own bakery-quality macarons at home. In class, Chef Kelsie will teach you to prepare both raspberry and lime macarons with a bright citron filling.
Chef Kelsie is graduate of Johnson and Wales University with degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts and Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship. She has worked in the culinary world since she was 17 year old including jobs at Jean-Georges in Columbus Circle and Bouchon Bakery in Rockefeller Center. We're excited to welcome Chef Kelsie to The Cooking Lab!
