In this fun, hands-on baking class, you'll prepare traditional sweet and savory Easter specialties from different regions of Italy

Sample Menu:

Torta Salata - Swiss chard, ricotta & rice tart with an olive oil tart

Pizza rustica - bread baked with prosciutto, mortadella, cheese & olives

Torta Sbriciolata - ricotta crumb cake

Cannileri - nest-shaped Sicilian pastries cradling an Easter egg

Class Duration: 2-2.5 hours
