Intermittent fasting is getting a lot of buzz and you might think it a an odd topic to cover in a cooking class! Find out how to create an eating window, what to fuel yourself wth and how to make it work in your busy life.  We'll focus on creating three well-rounded satisfying meals (and tips for beverages) that will help you avoid snacking and get you eating three meals within 12 hours.

Sample Menu:

  • Breakfast. Muffin tin veggie frittatas
  • Lunch: Build a bowl packed with clean proteins, avocado and raw and roasted veggies
  • Dinner: Sheet-pan dinner rich green veggies, potato and protein
