About The Event
Ladies Night Out: Fresh Pasta 101
Learn to make fresh pasta by hand, with a hand-cranked pasta machine and with a stand mixer, as well as simple, classic sauces that pair well with the shapes we will create.
Sample Menu:
Fresh pasta dough
Tagliatelle with zucchini and pine nuts,
Ricotta ravioli with tomato butter sauce
Nutella pannacotta for dessert
Class Duration: 2-2.5 hours
