Carb load or lean protein? What do we feed our high school athletes? Join local Port mom, Chris Nadolne, MPH, studied high school athlete nutrition and is leading a discussion as to what to eat and when. The Cooking Lab's Michelle with teach you some meals and snacks for your teens.
