Effortless Indian Cooking at Home
Conquer your fear of Indian cooking with Runi Ratnam who will guide you through a classic spice combination and curry base that can be applied to a variety of Indian dishes. Make (and take home) a garam masala spice blend and prepare a classic curry base to use in class in the following dishes:
Roasted Cauliflower
Chicken curry (using the curry base and flavored with ground garam masala)
Mushroom, potatoes and peas curry
Pilaf (using the whole garam masala ingredients) and dried apricots
Raita, with yogurt and cucumber/onions
Shrikhand, made with strained yogurt, honey and chopped pistachios.
Class Duration: 2-2.5 hours
