About The Event
Join pastry chef Kelsie for a hands-on eclair workshop. Learn French techniques for making choux pastry and piping like a pro.
In class, Chef Kelsie will teach you to prepare a classic eclair with vanilla pastry cream and chocolate ganache and a cappuccino eclair with espresso pastry cream and chocolate ganache.
Chef Kelsie is graduate of Johnson and Wales University with degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts and Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship. She has worked in the culinary world since she was 17 year old including jobs at Jean-Georges in Columbus Circle and Bouchon Bakery in Rockefeller Center. We're excited to welcome Chef Kelsie to The Cooking Lab!
