Date Night: Paris Bistro Cooking 

Prepare a casual yet sophisticated French bistro dinner with The Cooking Lab's own Chef Mathieu

Sample Menu:

Feuilleté d’Escargots (snails in puff pastry, garlic & butter sauce)

Moules Marinière (mussels with white wine & herbs)

Confit de Canard (Duck), Roasted Potatoes, Frisée with Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette

Profiteroles (vanilla ice cream in a chou patrand chocolate sauce)
