Clean Spring Eating
Clean eating focuses on consuming whole foods that are minimally processed and as close to their natural form as possible. Join Guest Chef Christine Sanchez and learn recipes and tips to help boost your energy and overall health. (The menu is also naturally gluten-free.)
Chef Sanchez worked side-by-side with celebrity chef Bobby Flay for 17 years. She has cooked at The White House and on the Food Network's Iron Chef America. Christine has vast experience in all aspects of the culinary world and The Cooking Lab is thrilled to welcome her in our kitchen.
