With access to a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, beans, fish, and whole-grain products, as well as yogurt and olive oil, the Mediterranean style of eating (naturally low in fat, and utilizing the 'good' fats) has proven to be oneof the best ways to 'eat healthy.' It's especially helpful for reducing cholesterol. Start a happy and healthy eating lifestyle that is both delicious and satisfying! On your menu: Greek white bean soup; Farro with mussels and chick peas; Swiss chard with pine nuts and raisins; lemon olive oil cake
Teen French Immersion: Sun 4/14, 5 pm
CLASS
Enrich your child's foreign language education in fun, creative setting. Once students step into our kitchen, no English will be spoken. Students will prepare a simple dish and hone their language skills with native speakers. Open to students in 7-12th grades.
