COOKING EXPERIENCES

Plan a Virtual Private Cooking Class in your home kitchen - great for family and  friend reunions or corporate“outings” for colleagues working apart

Classes are 75-90 minutes, taught from our professional kitchen in Port Washington and meant to be interactive (of course, participants are also free to watch, take notes and ask questions).  We send out ingredient lists a week before so you'll have plenty of time to get ready!

 

RATES

$250 for up to 6 screens/households 

$25 per screen/household thereafter (capped at $500)

- Fresh pasta/ravioli

- Hand-rolled Ricotta Gnocchi with tomato sauce

- Spring Risotto & Zucchini Ricotta Fritters

- Empanadas (dough + 2 fillings - choice of beef / sweet potato & black bean / spinach & tomato)

- Versatile Vegetarian (eggs in purgatory + spring minestrone)

- Brunch (eggs benedict or quiche lorraine with salad)

- French Country Dinner (chicken Basquaise & rice)

- Flavors of Spain (pa amb tomaquet, potato & egg tortilla, shrimp al ajillo)

- Coastal Italian Dinner (Shrimp alla Buzara, creamy polenta, skillet cooked broccoli or string beans

Savory Baking Choices: 

 

- Quiche Lorraine

- Empanadas (dough + 1 filling - choice of beef (more advanced) / ham & cheese / black bean & sweet potato)

Dessert Choices:

- Choux a la creme (cream puffs with whipped cream & chocolate sauce - please note that this is a more advanced dish that will likely require adult assistance)

- Summer Fruit Tart

- Super Fudgy Brownies with whipped cream

Satisfying Snack Choices:

- Stuffed Savory Crepes (ham & cheese (or veggies) with creamy bechamel)

- Sweet Crepes with berry sauce, chocolate sauce & whipped cream

- Brown Butter Biscuits

- Croque Monsieur (ham & cheese sandwich with creamy bechamel)
